ABCI, Inc. is a locally owned, mid-sized heavy highway civil construction company looking for skilled Asphalt Paving Operators to join our team in Lubbock, TX.

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals for the following positions:

  • Buggy Operators

  • Paving Machine Operators

  • Roller Operators

  • Screed Hands
