Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager/Admissions/Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing intake calls, conducting assessments, coordinating with insurance companies, and maintaining accurate records, as well as Office Management responsibilities. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, facilitating the admission process, and ensuring clients receive the necessary support as they begin their treatment journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities 
  • Manage intake calls and conducting assessments
  • Coordinate with insurance companies
  • Conducts new client orientation and admissions 
  • Instructs new clients in completing new admission packet 
  • Assists clients when not in group or individual sessions 
  • Assists in medical record maintenance and ensures set-up of new admission packets 
  • Shares pertinent information to teams as obtained from clients and families 
  • Ensures a professional atmosphere at all times 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or mental health setting preferred
  • Admissions/Case Management/Clinical experience a plus
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and empathetic skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
