IBMC College 


We are seeking a Vocational Office Administrator Instructor with on-the-job Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks experience for our Las Vegas, NV campus.

Our instructors operate in an innovative, blended learning environment where teaching means being a role model, giving lots of one-to-one assistance to students as well as delivering effective lectures and leading classes. This full-time onsite campus opportunity requires flexible weekday hours, including evenings and at least one Saturday a month.

The successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and QuickBooks. Creative problem-solving ability, solid communication, and leadership skills are also important.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 Years Working experience in the Business Administration Industry
  • Proficient workable knowledge with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with Microsoft certifications or ability to obtain within 3-6 months of hire
  • Proficient workable knowledge with QuickBooks with Intuit Certification or ability to obtain within 3-6 months of hire
  • Strong work ethic with a passion to help others succeed
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage students
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to individuals and groups
  • Commitment to the success of students and college
  • 2 Years teaching experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, with at least 15 credit hours in related subject areas.   Related areas would include a combination of any American Government/History and Human Resources.   If you are unsure if you qualify, call us!
