About Asher Health

Asher Health partners with gyms, wellness centers, and performance facilities nationwide to bring medically supervised weight management and wellness solutions—including GLP-1 programs and advanced health optimization services—to the communities they serve.

Our mission is to help wellness businesses expand their impact through innovative technology, clinical expertise, and exceptional partner support.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our partner network. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with fitness, wellness, and healthcare businesses.

As a BDR, you'll prospect, qualify potential partners, and either guide smaller partners through the initial sales process or schedule qualified consultations for our Business Consultants. If you're motivated by achieving goals, enjoy speaking with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other outreach strategies.
  • Build relationships with gym owners, wellness centers, med spas, chiropractors, and other healthcare businesses.
  • Qualify prospective partners to identify their needs and determine the best next steps.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and assist with closing opportunities when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and sales performance.
  • Consistently achieve activity and pipeline goals in a team-oriented sales environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, BDR, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects daily.
  • Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work onsite in our Plano, TX office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the health, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or medical industries.
  • Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • On-target earnings of $70,000–$95,000+ annual base with strong earning potential for top performers.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (FTO).
  • Ongoing sales coaching, training, and professional development.
  • Clear opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.
  • A collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven culture where your work directly impacts company growth.
