Job description

We are seeking a full-time ASC Registered Nurse Manager to work in our Ft Myers, FL office. This employee would work with the Director on Daily supervision of staff for maximum efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring an absolute understanding and adherence to practice procedures, policies, and goals that results ultimately in patient satisfaction and a smooth patient flow. Establishes appropriate internal organizational lines of communication, authority and accountability. Ensures all manuals, operating forms, charts, etc. are maintained, current and compliant at all times. Schedules and prepares agendas for all required meetings. Conduct regular staff meetings with agenda and meeting minutes pre-approved by practice CEO.

The hours are variable but in general are Monday - Friday average of 40-45 hours weekly.
