Ideal candidates must have the following personal attributes:

Ideal candidates would have experience or skills in the following:
- Lean manufacturing principles
- Policy enforcement
- Logistics
- Inventory management
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- AS400 (preferred but not necessary)
- Time and attendance
- A minimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory experience.
- Build positive and trustful work relationships with leadership and workforce.
Prerequisites:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field. The Company would give consideration for specific Supervisory experience in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs., push/pull 900 lb. wheeled carts, climb steps and ladders.
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment.
