Job Summary

Our Fitness Marketing amp; Sales Directors are people who are passionate about the value martial arts and fitness in general adds to a person’s life. They must be fully invested to market and sell martial arts lessons to the whole community. A successful Fitness Marketing amp; Sales Directors can double the gross income of a studio. They usually the first and most important contact that a prospective student/client has with a school. They must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. Being detailed and organized is key! No prior martial arts experience needed!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotions
  • Follow and complete daily task and business statistics tracking in the Management Manual
  • Drive marketing programs to increase student membership sales
  • Assist with facility management: Seeing that the facility is clean, and safe while upholding brand standards
  • Coordinate and execute community events regularly to engage with prospective students/clients i.e. Parent’s Night Out and White Belt Buddy Bash
  • Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships.
  • Accomplish new membership monthly goals
  • Accomplish upgrade goals for all upgrade programs
  • Sell 90%-100% of equipment packages of Basic, Black Belt, Premier Training, and any other programs
  • Accomplish overall studio revenue goals through down payments, paid-in-fulls, and equipment packages for new and upgrade membership sales, in addition to miscellaneous pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees, and events
