Strategic Leadership for a Growing PMandR Enterprise Step into a high impact system role as Service Line Division Head, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMandR) guiding the strategic growth of services across eight hospitals and twelve counties. Rochester Regional Health seeks an accomplished physiatrist to expand ambulatory PMandR, pain management, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation programs.Drive Expansion of Ambulatory and Interventional PMandR Programs Lead the development of outpatient rehabilitation, pain management, and interventional spine programs across a rapidly expanding ambulatory network. Rochester Regional Health is investing in new destination campuses and neuroscience and musculoskeletal centers through 2027, creating opportunities to expand procedural capacity, therapy services, and coordinated specialty care across the region.Build on a Nationally Recognized Rehabilitation Foundation The PMandR service line is anchored by the Golisano Restorative Neurology and Rehabilitation Center, a CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation program recognized nationally for excellence in neurologic recovery.
