Unmanned Ground Vehicle Intelligence Analyst
The Opportunity:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Intelligence Analyst with experience in unmanned ground systems to provide all-source analysis, threat assessments, and technology evaluation in support of Army and Intelligence Community missions. You'll integrate technical intelligence, foreign systems analysis, and mult-INT data to inform senior leaders and mission partners on emerging UGV threats, capabilities and vulnerabilities. You'll perform all-source intelligence analysis, data analytics, and applying new tech including AI, OSINT, and all other intelligence sources to synthesize information to build and update characterization and performance science and technology records and databases, briefings, assessments and other intelligence products as directed.
How You'll Contribute:
  • Conduct all-source assessments of foreign unmanned ground vehicle capabilities, operational concepts, and technology maturation
  • Evaluate UGV sub-systems such as autonomy, navigation, sensors, payloads, and communications security
  • Produce technical intelligence reports, briefings, navigation, sensors, payloads, and communications security
  • Fuse mult-INT sources to characterize adversary intentions and employment patterns
  • Support customer R&D, S&T modernization, ground systems integration and prototyping initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineers, mission partners and government stakeholders to inform decisions, assessments and capability development
  • Recommend opportunities for counter-UGV analysis
  • Provide senior-level briefings and lead client-facing discussions
  • Attend customer and community workshops and meetings in support of the analysis

You Have:
  • Experience assessing foreign weapons systems, unmanned systems or autonomy technology
  • Ability to draft, format, and publish intelligence products adhering to IC standards
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership audiences
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, ground system analysis, UGV sensors and UGV platforms, subcomponents, control, sensor fusion, the application of artificial intelligence and autonomy, and robotics, Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, ground system analysis, UGV sensors and UGV platforms, subcomponents, control, sensor fusion, the application of artificial intelligence and autonomy, and robotics, or 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, ground system analysis, UGV sensors and UGV platforms, subcomponents, control, sensor fusion, the application of artificial intelligence and autonomy, and robotics in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with NGIC, INSCOM, Army S&T programs or ground robotics
  • Experience with autonomy algorithms, navigation software, or platform survivability
  • Experience with technology warning, red-teaming, or unmanned systems exploitation analysis
  • Experience supporting Foreign Material Exploitation, signature assessments, or technical intelligence production
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Robotics, Data Science or related field
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
