Job Description:

This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, and sustaining AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation capabilities that improve business operations across the enterprise. This role sits within an Operations function and focuses on applying artificial intelligence, data, and process automation to drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and enhance business performance.

The selected candidate will work closely with Operations, IT, software application development, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical, scalable, and secure solutions. This role combines operational process knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and technical fluency to enable the successful deployment of AI tools, workflow automation, and data-driven operational improvements.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify operational inefficiencies, manual processes, and business pain points that can be improved through AI, automation, and data-driven solutions
  • Partner with Operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, business value, and implementation priorities
  • Support the design, implementation, and sustainment of AI-enabled tools and automation solutions that improve operational performance
  • Work within Palantir Foundry or similar platforms to develop operational workflows, dashboards, data-driven applications, and decision-support tools
  • Translate business and operational requirements into functional specifications for software, data, and AI solution teams
  • Support deployment of LLM-based applications and generative AI capabilities for operational use cases such as knowledge retrieval, summarization, workflow support, task execution, and decision augmentation
  • Help implement agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions that can execute repeatable operational tasks, interact with enterprise systems, and support business processes
  • Coordinate with technical teams to enable required data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and workflow connections needed to support operational AI use cases
  • Monitor solution adoption, process performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to ensure delivered capabilities achieve intended operational value
  • Define, track, and report key operational metrics related to cycle time, throughput, productivity, quality, automation effectiveness, and cost savings
  • Support user acceptance testing, operational validation, business readiness activities, and deployment planning for new tools and capabilities
  • Develop standard work, operating procedures, training materials, and user documentation to support successful adoption and sustainment of operational solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar operational data/application platforms

Familiarity with intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or robotic process automation tools

Experience supporting AI-enabled business processes or operational decision-support tools

Knowledge of process mapping, value stream analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, prompt design, vector search, or retrieval-augmented knowledge solutions

Experience developing dashboards or operational reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Exposure to change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities for digital transformation initiatives

Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, shared services, program operations, or enterprise operations environments

Preferred Additional Skills:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, thesalary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is$79,500 - $147,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
