We are seeking a Technical Analyst III.
Located on-site in Chesapeake, VA.
ESN is seeking a Technical Analyst III to support a contract with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic, in Norfolk, VA. The contract to support NIWC LANT consists of Independent Validation & Verification, Operations, Sustainment, and Installation support. The Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) systems provides near real-time material-based readiness reporting to the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) and provides three additional primary capabilities to the Fleet including Ashore and Afloat systems. This support includes manual and automation of software testing, Scrum Master, operating in the AWS Cloud, management of JIRA/JAMA/Confluence, and project support.
Experience Requirement:
  • Six (6) years of experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking.
  • Specific experience with DoD C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems preferred.

Education Requirement:
  • BS degree in Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Psychology (NOTE: acceptable only if degree included courses in Human Systems Interface (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE).

Security Clearance:
  • Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
