The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in AI orchestration and advanced proficiency in Power BI. With a strong history of developing and implementing data-driven strategies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business decision-making processes. This combination of technical proficiency and strategic insight ensures measurable value and impactful results, aligning with organizational goals and driving success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the data science and AI team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving a culture of excellence in data analytics and AI solutions. - Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives, focusing on orchestration and optimization of AI- powered tools and processes across the organization. - Design and implement advanced analytics models, leveraging machine learning and AI techniques to solve complex business problems and uncover actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities, providing recommendations based on data insights and predictive analytics. - Utilize Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations that communicate key performance indicators and drive strategic decision-making. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. - Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and AI, integrating new technologies and methodologies into current practices. - Ensure data integrity and quality throughout all data science projects, enforcing best practices in data management and governance. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred. - At least 7-10 years of experience in data science, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven expertise in AI orchestration methodologies and tools, with a solid understanding of model deployment and monitoring. - Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting, including knowledge of DAX and Power Query. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a passion for turning data into insights. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
