This is a full-time remote role to include Customer Service along with B2B, and government agency outreach and support. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience, as well as contributing to the overall operational efficiency.
