UPMC Presbyterian is hiring a Flex Full-Time MRI Technologist to join our innovative Imaging team! You'll enjoy a flexible schedule with varied daylight, evening, and night shifts, plus weekend and holiday rotations - offering exposure to diverse cases and a collaborative, learning-focused environment. You will work between 28-40 hours per week, but you will always receive full-time benefits!

What You'll Do

  • Perform MRI imaging procedures safely and accurately while maintaining MR safety standards.
  • Verify patient identity, review orders, and prepare patients for exams, including contrast administration as needed.
  • Review, process, and archive imaging studies while ensuring all exams are coded, tracked, and documented properly.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and team members to provide efficient, compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality results.
  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology, or completion of an accredited CNMT, ARMRIT or ARDMS program.
    • ARRT registry eligible technologist must obtain ARRT within 6 months of hire date.
    • MR registry must be acquired within 18 months of the date the primary registry was acquired.
    • CNMT, ARDMS and ARMRIT graduates must obtain MR registry within 12 months of hire date.


Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
