ABOUT THE JOB Help us build the team and establish systems and processes that accelerate our offering system and GTM function for commercially available technology. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for motivated candidates that are inspired to work within an extremely energetic, driven, and innovative team that is passionate about delivering relevant capabilities to the DOD and our partners and allies. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own and drive the development of our new highly efficient offering system, process for vetting and contracting with partners, and reporting on progress towards our a sales objectives. * Collaborate closely with Anduril business lines, partner business lines, and corporate functions to advance Armory growth initiatives. * Develop Armory sales channel content for the Monthly Growth Brief, Monthly Growth Report, Quarterly Business Review, Long Range Plan, and other key planning products. * Support the forecasting and planning process for the Armory pipeline. * Support key customer and partner meetings as required. * Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience running an internal sales operations team supporting B2B in the defense sector. * High ownership and initiative. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment. A good teammate who works well with others. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers. * Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and/or managing resources. * Ability to interface with a wide range of US and international customers. * Willingness to travel up to 30%. * Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with contracting on commercial terms, commercial item justification, and partnering agreements. * Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance. US Hourly Range $166,000 - $220,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
