Your Mission in Action:
In this role, you will support daily operations by accurately entering family and donor information into our CRM database, managing email communications, and organizing important documentation. This position is primarily computer-based, requiring strong attention to detail, solid keyboarding skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain donor and scholarship applicant information within the Insightly CRM system
  • Manage and respond to email communications using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely and professional interactions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) to support reporting, documentation, and daily administrative tasks
  • Organize, file, and maintain supporting documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and deliver exceptional service to Arizona families

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of administrative, data entry, or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in a related field, including experience working with CRM systems (Insightly preferred)
  • Background in nonprofit, education, or customer service environments
