Position Overview:
The Episcopal School of Baton Rouge is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Agent to join our team. The Chat Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our students, parents, and faculty through our online chat platform. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to chat inquiries from students, parents, and faculty in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support for our online learning platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Assist with registration, enrollment, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the school's programs, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our community
- Document and track all chat interactions and follow up as needed
- Continuously seek ways to improve the chat support process and provide feedback to the team
Qualifications:
