What You'll Experience

As an Engineering Intern, you'll work directly with engineers and project teams on a variety of exciting projects, including:

  • Commercial airport fueling systems
  • Military fuel storage and distribution facilities
  • Bulk fuel terminals and storage facilities
  • Emerging and innovative fueling technologies

You'll gain exposure to projects ranging from small aviation fueling facilities to large-scale fuel storage and distribution systems serving clients across the United States and around the world.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting engineers with the planning and design of fueling and fuel distribution systems
  • Supporting engineering calculations, analysis, and technical evaluations
  • Assisting in the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents
  • Working with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Plant 3D
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Participating in project meetings and learning industry design standards and best practices
  • Supporting construction and field-related activities, as applicable
  • Performing other duties and special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, curious, and driven students who are eager to learn and contribute.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering Technology.
  • Completion of junior year by the start of the internship preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or related engineering design software.
  • Interest in consulting engineering, infrastructure, energy, aviation, transportation, or industrial facility design.
