Job Summary
Summary: Sales Coordinator
T-Mobile Arena is seeking an organized and guest-focused Sales Coordinator to support sales, event coordination, and daily administrative operations. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service for private dining, group events, and restaurant functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Support event sales efforts by assisting with proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Assist with suites order and suite order management system.
  • Coordinate event details with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activity.
  • Assist in driving revenue through effective follow-up and upselling opportunities.

Administrative & Financial Support
  • Perform clerical duties to support sales and operations teams.
  • Process and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Maintain organized and confidential personnel and business files.

Operational Support
  • Assist management with staffing coordination, including last-minute coverage needs.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members and leadership.
  • Ensure accurate communication of event details across departments.
  • Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant sales, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS or event systems experience a plus.
  • High attention to detail, especially with financial data.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event day
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to move between office, kitchen, warehouse, and event locations
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, printers, and phones
  • Ability to work in both office and event-based environments, including exposure to noise, crowds, and varying temperatures
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets and Smarsheets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
