Delivery Driver – Papa Johns | Hardy, VA (Westlake Corner / Smith Mountain Lake)

Guaranteed $16 per hour for your first 60 days (includes tips!)

Looking for a flexible job where you can earn great money? Join the Papa Johns team in Hardy, VA! In addition to hourly pay and tips, drivers receive mileage reimbursement for every delivery, and both tips and mileage are paid daily.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you'll safely and efficiently deliver orders while providing outstanding customer service. When you're not on the road, you'll help support restaurant operations by preparing quality products, taking customer orders, and assisting your team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Prepare your vehicle and verify order accuracy before each delivery.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with food preparation, order taking, and other in-store duties.
  • Support teammates and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant.
  • Follow Papa Johns operating standards, food safety procedures, and appearance guidelines.
  • Accurately process payments and cash transactions using the FOCUS system.
  • Help grow sales through suggestive selling and community marketing efforts, including distributing door hangers.
