To thrive as an Area Training Manager, you need a strong background in instructional design, team leadership, and training program management, often supported by a degree in education, HR, or a related field. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and relevant certifications like CPTM or ATD are typically required.
