Job Description
The Area Sales Manager sets the tone for Sonesta's Culture of Caring. We expect leaders to focus on creating amazing moments for guests, planners, and team members, and to dig deep to find ways to create success for the hotel. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for executing the strategy of the hotel, as defined by the Director of Sales, to maximize group revenues, occupancy, and market share for the hotel. The Area Sales Manager will uncover new opportunities, foster and maintain client relationships, and creating and implementing specific account and/or segment-based sales strategies and tactical plans. The Area Sales Manager will work directly with the Director of Sales and sales team.
