Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations and project management while ensuring compliance with company operational standards.
  • Oversee training, cost control, quality, safety, scheduling, capacity planning, and on-time service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer requirements and needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of supervisors and frontline staff.
  • Build and develop a strong operational team capable of supporting business growth and maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Monitor employee performance and address performance and employee-relations matters in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage and adhere to operational budgets, ensuring expenses remain within organizational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address and resolve service concerns or complaints.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary ranging between $65k-$70 depending on experience.
