Job description

We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic individual who will serve as ourย Homeย Health Careย Executive Director (ED) in our new Madison, IN office. This person will manage the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area, and train new team members to carry out the purpose of Villageย Caregiving within its scope.

Home Health Care Executive Director Responsibilities include:

Home Health Care Executive Director MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Previous management experience preferred

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Capable of using common sense to problem solve.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Exhibits business acumen.

-ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.ย
