Job description

Job Summary:
Nile is building a new model for networking that is secure by design and delivered as a service. They are seeking a Product Management Leader to define and drive their network security model, unifying networking and security into a single service while engaging with customers and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Define the next-generation security model for Nile’s platform—integrated into the network, not added as overlays
• Drive product vision and roadmap to deliver a unified network and security experience as a service
• Simplify complex security architectures into scalable, consumable capabilities with clear outcomes
• Work closely with engineering to build systems that are secure by design and operationally simple
• Engage with customers, CISOs, and field teams to understand real-world challenges and validate direction
• Contribute to positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Build and mentor a strong product team over time
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in network security (product management or engineering)
• Deep experience across areas such as firewalls, secure access, threat detection, behavior analytics, or network detection and response
• Strong understanding of enterprise security challenges and how solutions are deployed and operated
• Ability to think in systems and simplify complex architectures into clean designs
• Understanding of how AI improves detection, automation, and operations in security environments
• Strong business and product sense with the ability to translate vision into execution
• Builder mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating new models
