Job Description
The File Clerk (Temporary) is responsible for organizing, scanning, digitizing, and maintaining paper and electronic records. Duties include preparing documents for scanning, uploading files into electronic document management systems, indexing and labeling digital records, performing quality checks, maintaining document archives, and supporting clerical record management activities while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
