What You'll Do:

  • Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of projects.
  • Prepare construction documents, specifications, and code analyses.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Stay current on design trends, technologies, codes, and regulations.
  • Mentor emerging design professionals.
  • Support client relationships, business development efforts, and project interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Current architectural licensure required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial design experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, construction technologies, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors.
