Job Summary
This role is pivotal in supporting the successful execution of projects by working closely with the Project Manager and other team members. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Coordinate with team members to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet client expectations.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Act as a point of contact between the Project Manager, clients, and team members.
Facilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed about project status and any issues that arise.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel, materials, and budget.
Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, updating project trackers, and maintaining project files.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field is required.
2+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Trello, Jira".
