Job Title: ArcGIS Specialist
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 30 Months


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Specialist to support geospatial analysis and data mapping initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in geocoding, GIS tools, and handling large datasets, along with the ability to source and analyze publicly available geospatial data.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform geocoding and spatial data analysis for mapping and visualization projects
  • Utilize ESRI ArcGIS Pro to develop, analyze, and manage geospatial datasets
  • Work with large datasets using MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Source, validate, and integrate publicly available geospatial data
  • Create maps, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver geospatial insights
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of spatial data

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in geocoding and geospatial analysis
  • Minimum 60 months of hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro
  • Minimum 60 months of experience working with large datasets in MS Excel
  • Minimum 60 months of experience sourcing publicly available data for geospatial analysis
  • Minimum 60 months of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • ESRI ArcGIS Pro Associate Certification
