Who You'll Serve
You'll help seniors and adults maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes throughout Danbury, CT, and nearby communities. Your care allows clients to live safely with dignity while giving families peace of mind.
Responsibilities:As a PCA, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical home care services, including:
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
  • Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Medication reminders
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic with a client who primarily speaks Arabic is required. (Bilingual Arabic/English Preferred)
  • Experience is not necessary; all you need is a willingness to learn.
  • We welcome Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates may be required to complete a background check as a condition of employment, consistent with Connecticut state regulations and applicable federal law.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
  • Able to lift up to 25-50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
