Summary

The Oracle Reports Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting reports, dashboards, and data integrations within the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment. This role partners with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable business intelligence solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Develop custom reports using ERP reporting tools, SQL, reporting services, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Create and maintain data models, queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets.
  • Support financial, human resources, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and other ERP modules through reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with ERP functional teams to understand business processes and reporting needs.
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and external reporting platforms.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely support to end users.
  • Create technical documentation, report specifications, and user guides.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, testing, and system enhancement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and audit requirements.
  • Support self-service reporting initiatives and train users on reporting tools and best practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience developing reports and analytics solutions within ERP environments.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, database design, and query optimization.
  • Experience with ERP reporting tools such as Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience with Oracle modules of HCM, Project Accounting, Inventory, Supply Chain, Projects, Revenue management, AR, AP and GL
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools.
  • Knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customer/departments

  • Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

The salary range for this role is:

$122,500 - $187,000
