Hannah Savage with Robert Half is working with a rapidly growing construction company who is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to support the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple affiliated entities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and brings strong bookkeeping and accounting support experience to the team. Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment processing
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
  • Support accounting functions for multiple related business entities
  • Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, bank accounts, and credit card transactions
