AP/AR Clerk
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

A manufacturing company in Riviera Beach is seeking an experienced AP/AR Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on AP/AR experience and must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Enter and process vendor invoices and customer payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
  • Prepare invoices and other accounting documentation
  • Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of AP/AR or related accounting experience
  • QuickBooks Online experience required
