Accounts Receivable Technician (Southeast Florida)

We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounting Technician for our Accounts Receivable Department. The Accounting Technician will be responsible for billing and collections within our Southeast Florida Market. The Accounting Technician will also be responsible various general accounting duties using Excel spreadsheets. You’ll be joining a lively, fast-paced office and a friendly, hands-on Accounting Team that’s always ready to help. We offer training and ongoing support to set you up for success! The ideal candidate will report to our Branch in Lake Worth, support, and travel to our Branches in Fort Lauderdale, Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach as needed. 

What We're Looking For: 

· Associates Degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of previous experience in a high-volume environment

· Additional experience may be considered in lieu of Associates Degree

· Prior landscape or general construction billing experience preferred

· Must have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to learn

· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Ability to work independently and be highly functional in a team environment

· Intermediate level Excel skills and Microsoft Office experience; additional software experience is a plus

· Knowledge of A1A Forms is preferred
