About the Role:
Vegas Metal Finishing LLC is looking for a motivated Anodizing Apprentice to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a skilled trade in metal finishing and build a rewarding career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist experienced anodizers in the preparation and processing of metal parts through the anodizing line
  • Load and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for chemical processing
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, color consistency, and coating thickness
  • Follow proper handling procedures for chemicals and anodizing solutions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
  • Learn and apply surface preparation techniques including cleaning, etching, and rinsing
Requirements:
  • No prior anodizing experience required — willingness to learn is a must
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within a team environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
