About This Opportunity

BoldX Talent is recruiting this position on behalf of our client, a well-established Las Vegas facilities maintenance and pool service company. All applications are reviewed by the BoldX Talent recruiting team.


Position Summary

This is a field-based account and service coordination role supporting a portfolio of HOA and residential communities with pool amenities. You are the client's point person: the one who visits properties, catches problems before the property manager does, gets the right technicians on it, and follows up until it's closed.

You do not perform the pool maintenance yourself. You need to know pools well enough to walk up to one, understand what you're looking at, ask a technician the right questions, and explain to a property manager what happened and how it's being fixed. Roughly 20 accounts, so this is about managing a small book of business really well rather than juggling volume.


What You'll Do

  • Visit assigned HOA and residential communities on a regular route, inspecting pools, common areas, and amenities
  • Recognize when a pool is out of spec (water quality, clarity, chemical balance, equipment issues) and determine the root cause
  • Coordinate and direct field pool technicians, following up to confirm the work is done correctly and on time
  • Hold technicians accountable for chemical levels, brushing, equipment care, and proper maintenance practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HOA board members and property managers, communicating proactively when there's an issue and what's being done about it
  • Meet health department inspectors on site during scheduled pool inspections and speak knowledgeably about compliance
  • Turn in field paperwork, receipts, and documentation to the office promptly so billing and invoicing stay accurate
  • Respond to urgent pool situations during peak season
  • Build relationships that retain accounts and open the door to expanded services


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Working knowledge of pool operations, including water chemistry, pumps, heaters, filtration, and common equipment issues
  • Comfortable directing technicians and holding people accountable without being their direct manager
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to stay professional and calm under pressure
  • Highly organized with reliable follow-through on paperwork and documentation
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Las Vegas summer conditions

Strongly preferred:

  • SNHD pool certification (the company will support certification for the right candidate who has the pool knowledge but not yet the credential)
  • Familiarity with SNHD regulations and the inspection process
  • Experience working with HOA communities or property management companies
  • Background in a recurring-service field environment such as pool service, landscaping, pest control, irrigation, or facility services


Schedule & Environment

  • Full-time, hourly, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Approximately 80% in the field, 20% in office
  • Occasional overtime during peak season, holidays, or emergencies
  • Company vehicle provided
