What You Bring

  • You're a hands-on HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.

  • You understand mechanical systems deeply, including alignment and vibration diagnostics, and you can clearly communicate what's happening and why-both to teammates and customers.

  • You hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license and are open to travel as needed. This role also requires participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.

Pay Range: $ $22.61 - $24.23 hourly ratedeterminedby the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
