                                                                                                                    Sales Finance Co-Pilot Apprentice – French Market (12-month Apprenticeship)

                                                                                                                                  COTY FRANCE – Paris | Starting September 2026 or earlier

Ready to turn financial data into business impact? Join Coty France as a Sales Finance Co-Pilot Apprentice and become part of one of the world’s largest beauty companies, with iconic brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare and body care.

In this 12-month apprenticeship, you will be fully integrated into the French Finance team and work at the heart of commercial performance, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to support decision-making for the French market.

YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Finance Co-Pilot Apprentice, you will help drive the commercial and financial performance of Coty France. You will learn how to transform financial data into clear insights, support business reviews, and contribute to accurate forecasts and closing activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys analytics, business partnering and working in a fast-paced beauty environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will contribute to finance activities and end-to-end business projects, with progressive autonomy and close support from the team.

- Act as a finance co-pilot for Sales teams by preparing performance analyses, identifying key business drivers and highlighting risks and opportunities.

- Assist commercial teams during annual negotiations by preparing customer analyses, financial simulations and decision-support materials.

- Support budget and forecast cycles by helping build reliable sales assumptions and support accurate business landing.

- Participate in month-end closing on Gross Sales, Gross-to-Net and Net Revenue, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Coty policies, US GAAP and SOX requirements. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.

- Improve and automate reporting tools using Excel and Power BI to make data easier to read, share and act on. Contribute to AI and automation projects that help simplify finance processes.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

- A 360° understanding of the P&L of an international beauty player, from sales performance to profitability.

- Strong foundations in revenue management, including Gross-to-Net, pricing, promotions, and trade terms.

- Practical experience in closing, forecasting, business reviews and compliance in a listed international group.

- Advanced analytical, presentation and business partnering skills, with regular interaction with Finance and Commercial stakeholders.

- Exposure to annual negotiations, AI-driven projects, reporting automation and digital transformation within Finance.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT IF YOU

You like to analyze data, understand business performance and turn numbers into simple recommendations. You are curious, rigorous, proactive and comfortable working with different teams in a dynamic environment.

- Are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting.

- Have strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or other analytics tools is a plus.

- Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- Are fluent in French and English. A first experience in finance, controlling, sales analysis or accounting is appreciated, but not mandatory.
