Bogner HVAC has been serving Freedom, CA and surrounding counties for over 40 years. We are looking for an HVAC Apprentice to join our team! This is a hands-on entry-level training role designed for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade from experienced professionals and build a long-term career with a respected local company.

You'll work alongside experienced HVAC technicians learning how to service and maintain residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. This role is designed for training and development, where you can gain real field experience while building the skills needed to become a full HVAC Service Technician.

You will learn:

  • Basic HVAC system operation (heating, cooling, airflow)
  • Preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Proper tool use, safety practices, and jobsite standards
  • How technicians diagnose and repair equipment
  • Customer interaction and service professionalism
  • Exposure to both residential and commercial systems

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay Range: $24.00 -$29.00 hourly

What We're Looking For:

  • Recently completed or enrolled in an HVAC technical school or trade program
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC trade and learn service, maintenance, and system fundamentals the right way
  • Comfortable working with tools and in various weather conditions
  • EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Takes direction well and is not afraid to ask questions
