A well-established HVAC company in the Dayton, OH area is seeking an experienced

Residential & Commercial HVAC Technicianto join its growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys troubleshooting, and values strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

  • Perform drain cleaning and address related service issues

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs after hours

  • Mentor and support HVAC apprentices, helping develop their technical skills and professionalism

  • Complete service documentation in an accurate and timely manner

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Uphold company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service

Qualifications
  • Minimum4 years of residential HVAC troubleshooting experience

  • Hands-on experience withdrain cleaningand related service work

  • Willingness to participate inon-call rotations
