HHM Talent is assisting a client searching for a Finance Manager in Mobile, AL.


Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their automotive dealership. This individual will guide customers through the financing process, present protection products, and ensure every transaction is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with financing and leasing options
  • Secure competitive financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending partners
  • Present vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other available products
  • Review credit applications and structure deals based on customer and lender requirements
  • Ensure all contracts and supporting documents are accurate and complete
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
  • Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners
  • Monitor contracts in transit and resolve funding issues promptly
  • Meet dealership goals related to finance production, product penetration, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information
  • Assist with additional finance department responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive finance or F&I experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dealership financing, lending practices, and compliance requirements
  • Proven sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to explain financing terms and products clearly
