About Us:
Stivers Ford of Birmingham is a premier dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing an outstanding automotive buying experience. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team. This role is critical in helping customers secure financing and understand their financial options when purchasing a vehicle.

Position Summary:
 The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations. This includes presenting financing and warranty options, working with lenders to secure funding, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all deals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance products to customers in a transparent and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive rates
  • Submit deals to lenders and follow up to ensure prompt funding
  • Offer and explain extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I products
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all deals
  • Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth and efficient transaction process
  • Meet or exceed department goals for product penetration, profit, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive finance or dealership F&I management
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proven track record of meeting performance goals
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with F&I software and dealership management systems (DMS)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
