The Essentials
Compensation:

  • TX & OK: $25/hour
  • VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
  • NC: $27/hour

What You'll Have (REQUIRED):
  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation
What You'll Do
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
