What Are We Looking For?

  • Current Oregon or Washington Electrical Apprentice License
  • Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and develop new skills
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory, tools, and safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently with guidance or as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record


Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes
  • Install electrical wiring, conduit, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical components under supervision
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist with project completion
  • Use and maintain electrical tools and equipment safely and properly
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues alongside experienced electricians
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Continue developing technical skills through hands-on experience and in-house training
