Job Description

We are hiring Foremen and General Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Racine County, Wisconsin. This is a leadership opportunity for experienced electrical professionals who can run crews, coordinate field execution, support schedule goals, and maintain safety and quality on a high-volume project.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead electrical crews performing installation, layout, wire pulling, terminations, testing, and punch-list work.

·       Plan daily work, assign tasks, track productivity, and coordinate material and tool needs.

·       Read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and work packages.

·       Coordinate with project management, safety teams, general contractor representatives, and other trades.

·       Coach journeymen, apprentices, and CW/CE workers while enforcing safety and quality expectations.

·       Maintain field documentation, manpower updates, and progress reporting as needed.

Requirements

·       Foreman: typically 8 to 15+ years of electrical construction experience with crew leadership.

·       General Foreman: typically 10 to 20+ years of electrical construction experience with multi-crew leadership.

·       Valid Wisconsin journeyman or master-level electrical license preferred or required depending on assignment.

·       OSHA 30 preferred. OSHA 10 required at minimum before working onsite.

·       Strong communication, planning, scheduling, and conflict-resolution skills.

·       Data center, industrial, mission-critical, large commercial, switchgear, generator, UPS, or high-volume construction experience is strongly preferred.
