Salary: $23-35/hr + vacation and benefits

Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our Installation Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish.

You’ll install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screen systems at residential and commercial sites throughout the Phoenix area.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room to grow into crew leadership and earn additional income through production bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install custom outdoor structures, including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens

  • Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans

  • Load, transport, and organize tools and materials

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional

  • Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally

  • Work with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and meet quality standards

  • Train and support other crew members as needed

What You Must Have

  • Construction, carpentry, or installation experience

  • Journeyperson Carpenter preferred; 3rd and 4th year apprentices will also be considered

  • Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly

  • Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and with required safety equipment

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset

  • Contractors with their own vehicle, tools, insurance, and complete setup are also welcome to apply
