In this role, you will meet with local clients who have already established a living trust to review their estate plans and deliver "safe money" income protection solutions.

Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-scheduled, in-person appointments with local clients who have recently established living trusts.
  • Conduct structured, educational reviews of client financial situations to identify gaps in retirement income.
  • Educate clients on risk-managed, "safe money" options—primarily Fixed Indexed Annuities to ensure wealth preservation.
  • Follow our proven, structured educational sales model to maintain high client satisfaction and close rates.
  • Maintain an active schedule to consistently match the steady flow of pre-set company appointments.

Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor Requirements:

  • Active Life Insurance Producer’s License (Required).
  • 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related relationship-driven closing roles (Preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a 1099 contract, commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.
  • High coachability and willingness to master a strict, proven educational presentation system.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, empathetic terms.
