Professionals in this field use scientific knowledge to guide individuals and communities toward healthier eating habits. They often work in settings such as healthcare, research, education, or community nutrition programs. The goal is to translate nutrition science into actionable advice and interventions that improve public health.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an applied human nutrition professional?
