About the Role:Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Lithia Springs, GA. In this role, you will work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans designed to improve behavioral, social, communication, and adaptive skills.
The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact on children and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluations
Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
Provide parent education and guidance to support consistency in behavioral interventions
Develop strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavioral outcomes
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive living skills in clients
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards
Qualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in parent education and behavior management
Educational background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and analyze behavioral data
Knowledge of early intervention techniques and evidence-based ABA practices
Passion for supporting children and families in achieving positive outcomes
Preferred Skills:Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
