In this role, you will work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans designed to improve behavioral, social, communication, and adaptive skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact on children and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluations
  • Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
  • Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
